Zinc deficiency – am I deficient or not??

A zinc deficiency can be diagnosed very simply and quickly. Go to a health food store and ask for a liquid zinc product used to test zinc levels. The instructions will advise you to take a specified small amount into your mouth for a specified period (say 10 seconds). Depending on how it tastes, you will know if you are deficient or have sufficient levels of zinc in your system. If you have sufficient zinc levels it will taste terrible. If you are deficient it will taste sweet and palatable. The label will advise you what to do next. Happy Testing!
